Dead Burnt Magnesia (DBM)
Dead-burned magnesia is an alkaline refractory material, mainly made from natural high-grade magnesite ore through flotation purification, light burning, fine grinding, high-pressure balling, and sintering in ultra-high-temperature oil-fired vertical kiln. This product, also known as sintered magnesia or dead-burned magnesia, which has high refractoriness. Its main component is magnesium oxide.
Application:
Used to produce shaped and unshaped magnesia refractory products. The finished products are used in steelmaking, electric furnace bottoms, and ramming furnace linings.
