Product Introduction
Fireclay Insulating Brick
Product characteristics:
Lightweight clay insulation brick refers to a type of brick  with Al2O3 content of over 40%. The crushed clay and finely ground clinker are mixed, and then mixed with granular clinker to form a semi dry slurry. It is formed under high pressure and fired at approximately 1400, resulting in good performance.
Product application
Lightweight clay insulation bricks have good thermal shock stability and insulation performance. According to its performance characteristics, it is generally used in the insulation process of industrial kilns, which can reduce heat dissipation losses, save energy consumption, and reduce the weight of thermal equipment. Sometimes also used for kiln linings that are not corroded by high-temperature molten materials and corrosive gases. The maximum operating temperature is
1100 ° C. Lightweight clay bricks have poor mechanical strength, wear resistance, and slag erosion resistance, and are not suitable for the load-bearing structure of kilns and direct contact with slag, furnace materials, molten metal, and other parts.
